The About technical support page is a Content Page that is required to be included in the Start Here module. It includes standardized content telling students how to get help with Canvas.
Students can obtain technical support in a variety of ways – through online ticket submissions or chats, telephone consultations, or “walk up” service.
Online – Request help at http://support.tulane.edu or send email to help@tulane.edu or search the Knowledge Base at https://tulane.service-now.com/kb. Also, live chats are available at: http://support.tulane.edu.
Telephone – Call 504.862.8888, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
Walk Up Service – Is available at the service desks on the Uptown Campus in the Technology Connection computer store in the Lavin-Bernick Center and at the Technology Desk in the Learning Commons on the first floor of the Howard Tilton Library.

Computers and other digital devices are available in the Tulane Technology Commons – public computing spaces located throughout the Uptown Campus and on each SoPA campus. Operating hours vary by location and season. The computers in the Technology Commons are only accessible to current Tulane faculty, staff and students. Guest credentials are NOT available.
In addition, there are computers students can use in SoPA offices at each SoPA campus – Uptown Campus (on the ground floor of Gibson Hall), Elmwood Campus, and Biloxi Campus.
